My timezone is gmt or united kingdom if it helps, so you can adjust accordingly. most times i'm on for 5 to 20 minutes or an hour ,weekends i can never gaurantee, now that omndra leads the gym i won't have to worry, but i can stay for 2 - 4 hrs on and off weekends . also ...
