Yes indeed! hey abdullah, On that one protoman site i found this video game pack of songs for making games, so i dont need to make any more songs, and these are way better than anything i have made.

I was lookin at the Zergun base sprite and realized that his... Groin plate looked stupid so i made it better.
I will make him an idel/breathing animation, but it will take a bit. hey does anyone else know to animate sprites? does anybody want to try?

EDIT: Abdullah do you want death animations to be gory or clean? on a scale of 1-10 how much blood can i put in?

i think we should make an option for gore effects this way people can play it gory or clean.you should make it normal,i ll make gore effects(i hope i can)

OK. because when he dies he should explode! Into tiny pieces! i can make some blood splatters easily. (its my specialty)
so lets make a 1....well two because he explodes wiff no blood, then a 10!!!
EDIT: gotta make jumping sprite.....

i made 4 blood effects for dying silverzard,choose which is the best. (im still working on smaller and cooler and more real blood effects)










and i made cooler supermode thing,this is better than a background

HOLYCRAP!!! THOSE ARE SO EPIC!!!
BLood #2 is my favorite. could you make it so the blood will stay there and bounce? or get controlled by gravity? THAT would be cool. Maybe have a puzzle/switch where you have to fill up a bucket with blood on the cealing to open a door. When he gets hit and loses his coins make his blood do a little splat. when he gets hit with no coins do that HUGE splat.

P.S. Can you make an effect wherelike hyper sonic in sonic 3 is glowing like a rainbow? cycleling through the colors.
and do it to the normal Sprite to make Super Zard Sprites? SO Cool!

gamemaker has a lot of image editing functions and i can use "colorize partial"to make him changing colors but this wil take time.

blood #2 acually looks like a firework effect and it cant stay there or bounce.but #1 and#3 can bounce on floor.
i made some more bloods(they cant stay/bounce)






OMG SUPER EDIT:Im done making standing supersilverzard sprites


oh by the way should his eyes change color too?

the game is getting better and better i would like to say. the effects are great.so why not a mix 1st stage somthing ok then as he gets stronger the blood splatter gets better sfx.The sprite for the zard could be green at beginning to show that at first he is somehow the same as the zards who adopted him. As his power abillity grows he changes colour , skin / eyes .

I liked #2 because it had Differnt colors of red. #1 with darker colors of red as it got more concentrated, and stays on the ground and moves as you alter gravity, would be great! Add a sandbox mode really quick where you can't die, I wanna play around with a sea of blood that i can make dance! if it get so concentrated, that it just turns black mess around with neutral gravity effects on it.

On your second pic of blood effects, #5 (the one in the bottom middle) Make it have yellow Edges, and a red inside and Put it behind the enemy getting hit for a comic book look. and the blood splatter in the front. The #1 Blood splat in that one is Very realistic. try doing what i said above to that.

I agree with treks ideas about the SuperZard We should keep things consistent with the Superzard. However this got me thinking about the Normal form of the Zard. When you unlock certain achievements, you can change the color of your Zard, or how your Lazer looks. Or you can buy new lazers with Coins, the coins at the end of a level should be added to a total amount of coins. And each Lazer is actually a weapon, that has its own attack, like a spikeball gernade, or acid blasts.
The first color unlocked should be pink and relatively easy to get, and it ends with a Blackzard with Red Stripes as the ultimate achievement. Please Post ideas For weapons, and achievements, and color order. (not talking 'bout new supermode sprites)

get 1 voltiac matrix
get 3 voltiac matrixes
get all votiac matrixes

collect 1000 coins
collect 2500 coins
collect 10000 coins

kill 100 enemies
kill 500 enemies
kill 1000 enemies

by the way i think we should give him abilities unlockable with achievements.and those should be cool things like
wall jump for 1st tier
wall walk for 2nd tier
longer wall walk and longer wall jump for 3rd tier

i started to feel like the gravity is not that good.we should make silverzard more special.he should be able to use SOME OF other elements too
and one element which noone else can use(please post here what you think that element should be)

Why won't it work?

But the differnt lazer powers would be like fireBlasts and lightning Blasts, and whatnot.

My friend also wants a Dreadnaught achievements, for a certain amount of kills.
I think it should go like this.

1st- First Blood- 10 kills
2nd-BloodBath- 100 kills
3rd-BloodLust- 250 kills
4th-BloodBane- 750 kills
5th-Dreadnaught- 2000kills
Or dreadnaught could be Dracula/BloodRain/BloodBeast

OH just got new idea for a bad guy! BloodZard! He shoots out Toxic Blood!

In the email you sent me, There was no Game demo attached... and I use a Mac so .exe files don't work. But .swf would.

We should also have time Awards for winning in a certain amount of time. my creativity just died so....

My mom has a windows laptop, but she is very protective about it. I could Probably play it on that.

why isn't the jumpin sprites workin i think i could fix it. its probably the differnt size of all the frames.

no it was about some variables that i had to use for jumping,if i will just try to find more info about how to make something like that in gamemaker forums i can fix it
